One of our new features for Hammyend’s coverage of the new Premier League campaign is the introduction of a new Fulham prediction league.

Do you think your knowledge of the Premier League is unparalled? Here’s your chance to prove it. In honour of the late Danny Fullbrook, who famously organised the press pack sweepstakes when covering England at international tournaments, and to complement the launch of the Fullbrook Fund last week, we’ve set up a simple prediction league that allows Hammyend readers to pit their wits against our Green Pole guests – who offer their prediction ahead of Fulham’s next game at the end of each episode of our podcast.

The rules are simple. You must submit your prediction in the comment thread for the prediction league an hour before kick off. You just need to predict the score of Fulham’s next match. Participants will receive three points for a correct score and a point for a correct result. For instance, Dan has predicted a 2-2 draw when the Whites take on Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday. He will only get the full three points if it finishes 2-2 but if the game ends level, he will get one point.

Dan is definitely not going to win the prediction league – so get your Everton predictions in before 2pm on Saturday and we’ll see how is the Hammyend equivalent of Mystic Meg come the end of the season.

THIS WEEKEND’S PREDICTIONS

Dan Crawford: Everton 2-2 Fulham

Oscar Bloom: Everton 0-2 Fulham

Alan Drewett Jnr: Everton 1-2 Fulham
