Brazilian striker Carlos Vinicius, who previously had a loan spell at Tottenham, signed for Fulham on transfer deadline day for Benfica. He made his Fulham debut as a late substitute against his former club two days after moving to Craven Cottage and has been used as a back up to Aleksandar Mitrovic so far. His first goal – a far post header from a fine Andreas Pereira cross – memorably settled the SW6 derby in Fulham’s favour.
