Fulham have confirmed tonight that full back Steven Sessegnon has joined Charlton Athletic on a season-long loan.
The 22 year-old defender, who graduated from the club’s academy and has made nineteen senior appearances for the Whites, has also signed a new one-year deal at Craven Cottage – with Fulham holding an option to extend that contract by another twelve months. Sessegnon has spent time on loan at Bristol City and Plymouth Argyle in the last two seasons and will look to gain regular first-team football at the Valley as the Addicks push for promotion from League One.
