Fulham goalkeeper Damien Las has signed for MLS franchise Austin FC tonight.
The American youth international, who joined the Whites in September 2019, has signed a two-year contract with Austin. Las, who spent last season on loan at North Carolina, had largely featured for Fulham’s under 18 and under 23s but was named on the bench by Marco Silva for the goalless draw against Derby County in November.
Las told Austin’s website tonight: “I couldn’t be more excited to join Austin FC. Everything I’ve heard about the Club, its vision, and the unbelievable support it has throughout the city is incredible. I can’t wait to get started in the Verde and Black.”
