West Bromwich Albion want to sign Fulham full back Joe Bryan this summer, according to the Football Insider.

The Baggies have made the addition of a left back one of their key priorities for the forthcoming transfer window and see the 26 year-old defender as their ideal acquisition. Albion are ready to move for their top target after having received positive news about the full back’s potential availability.

The Footballer Insider report claims that Fulham’s asking price for Bryan, who has been a regular since signing from Bristol City in 2018, has lowered from £7m to around £5m. The Whites rebuffed interest from Southampton and Atalanta in January as well as dismissing an enquiry from Newcastle United following their relegation from the Premier League last season.

Bryan has been Scott Parker’s first choice for much of this campaign, starting 35 of Fulham’s forty league games to date. He has proven himself as one of the best full backs in the division after making more than 230 appearances for Bristol City having progressed through the Ashton Gate academy set-up.
