The French press are reporting that Fulham have increased their offer for Lens right back Serge Aurier.

Aurier, 18, has been on the radar of a number of English clubs since he broke into the Lens team, making his debut against Lorient in January 2009. Manchester City, Sunderland and Blackburn Rovers have had him watched regularly but Martin Jol tabled a bid of £3m five days ago. Le Parisien now reports that Fulham are set to return with a bid of around £3.33m, which may include some add-ons, in an attempt to persuade Lens to part with their teenage prodigy.

Aurier, who is contracted to Lens until 2015, made 27 appearances for Lens last season and is one of the most highly-rated youngsters in French football.
