Although eyes naturally turn to our next league game at West Ham on Sunday after the defeat by Arsenal, Fulham would do better than to underestimate FC Basel. The Swiss side, our Europa League opponents on Thursday evening, have a strong recent European pedigree, some very underrated players and a healthy work ethic.
Judging by this link, though, there might be a bit of ill-feeling between a couple of their players. I wonder what the Hammersmith End choir will make of that.
