Speculation is mounting that Hameur Bouazza is set to sign for Fulham on Monday.
Watford are believed to have accepted a £4.2m offer for the French winger, who is set to put pen to paper on a long-term deal at Craven Cottage.
Bouazza stressed his desire to play in the Premiership last week and Aidy Boothroyd appears to have granted him his wish.
The 22-year-old was one of the stars of last season’s otherwise disappointing Premiership campaign and rose to prominence with his FA Cup strikes against Plymouth and Manchester United.
Portsmouth and West Ham were also interested in Bouazza but Lawrie Sanchez appears to have won the race to sign the Algerian international.
