Fulham are being strongly linked with a move this week for Poland international striker Radoslaw Matusiak.

The 25-year-old, who made his first appearance for his country last year, currently plays for Polish outfit GKS Belchatow.

Matusiak was linked with a move to Serie A side Roma last year, while Livorno are also reportedly interested in his services.

However, Fulham have now emerged as possible suitors, with Belchatow’s chairman conceding a London-based Premiership club are determined to land the striker.

With only Brian McBride scoring more than three goals for Chris Coleman’s this term, the Welsh tactician is keen to bolster his flagging strike-force.

Should The Cottagers land Matusiak it could be a record deal for a Polish player, although Belchatow are remaining hopeful he could stay with them.
