Midfielder Len Quested made 188 appearances for Fulham between 1947 and 1951 having joined the Whites from his home town club Folkestone Town as a teenager in the summer of 1943. He helped the club reach the top flight for the first time in 1949 when they won the Second Division title at a canter before moving to Huddersfield Town.
