Fulham forward Olly Sanderson has had his loan spell at Bradford City terminated, according to the club’s official website.

The 21 year-old striker scored three goals in eighteen appearances for the Bantams, but had lately struggled for form and fitness at Valley Parade. Sanderson made a superb start to his latest loan spell, scoring against Grimsby Town, Newcastle under-21s and Walsall, but failed to replicate that form consistently.

The youngster didn’t feature in the first-team squad for a month after being asked to play through an illness at Harrogate – and made his last appearance for Bradford as a substitute against Harrogate on New Year’s Day.
