Documents published by Companies House this afternoon appear to indicate that Fulham Football Club have taken out a loan with JP Morgan and used Craven Cottage as collateral.

Updates to Fulham’s Companies House filings – updated earlier today – show that Football Fulham created a registration of charge document on July 16. A 32-page PDF document contains details of a contract creating a borrowing facility with the American finance company secured against the club’s historic home, namely Fulham Stadium Limited.

Neither Fulham nor JP Morgan have commented on this arrangement.
