Fulham have formally confirmed the eleven members of the club’s Fan Advisory Board (FAB) in a statement posted on the club’s website tonight.
The club received hundreds of applications after advertising for supporters to join the FAB, which became a Premier League requirement last season, as part of attempts to increase engagement between clubs and supporters ahead of the introduction of the Football Governance Bill. Fulham are the last Premier League club to confirm the composition of their FAB, which met for the first time earlier this week.
The board contains nominees from the two supporter groups that already form part of their structured dialogue with supporters. The Fulham Supporters’ Trust have nominated their chair, Simon Duke, and the Fulham Disabled Supporters’ Association have selected their chair, Mark Davies. The club have expanded their board to eleven members ‘due to an overwhelming response inviting applications and high-quality number of submissions’.
The FAB members and their biographies as they appear on the club’s website are detailed below:
IRAINA CABURY
“Iraina lives in South-West London and is married with two sons and a daughter. Her family loves watching Fulham play, and have supported the team for over 10 years. Iraina appreciates how family and community orientated the Club is. Watching the Men and Women’s teams play, unite and inspire her family and they love the energy of the atmosphere. Iraina has a background in consumer brand Public Relations, enjoys helping the school PTA, and is a volunteer for a charity that includes a volunteer reading programme in local Fulham schools. She is a dedicated and loyal Season Ticket Holder and is excited to be part of the FAB. Iraina is eager to contribute positively, enhancing the connection and experience between the club and fans.”

TJ FOGARTY
“TJ Fogarty became a Fulham supporter in the 2004/05 season, after his family moved to Putney from the United States. He fell in love with Craven Cottage, as well as fellow Americans Brian McBride and Carlos Bocanegra. After his family moved back to the US, he continued to follow Fulham, even going across the pond to watch the famous win at Wembley! TJ is currently one of the leaders of Phulham, the Fulham supporters’ group in Philadelphia, where he helps organise weekly meet-ups to watch matches. Last summer, TJ worked with the Club to host fan events in Philadelphia for the Club’s pre-season summer series visit. If you are an international Fulham FC supporter and would like to get in touch with TJ Fogarty, please email: FulhamPhiladelphia@gmail.comÂ
JOE FROST
“Joe is a Creative Director and lifelong Fulham fan – his earliest memory is being sat in the Johnny Haynes stand surrounded by his family. Professionally, he has designed for media brands spanning music, fashion magazines, TV, radio, live events, and awards. He is a trustee for a children’s charity and stays active through various challenges, including marathons and 100km runs. Amidst raising three children and work, Joe spends his spare time watching Fulham, running, eating a lot after running, trying (and failing) to learn golf, or playing in a band. Joe is thrilled to be part of the FAB and looking forward to exploring ways to help deepen the connection between the fans and our amazing club.”
JOIE GORMLIE
“Joie attended her first Fulham match at the age of four, and has been a Season Ticket Holder for almost 20 years. Afternoons at the Cottage, and travelling across the country, supporting the team with her Dad, have been Joie’s favourite ways to spend the weekend for as long as she can remember. An unforgettable memory for Joie is the day Fulham won at Wembley in the Play-Off Final in 2018, and the pure relief at the final whistle! She is thrilled to join the Fan Advisory Board and aims to use her passion to advocate for the voice of the fans.”
GIANFRANCO LUDOVICI
“With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing at global companies, Gianfranco is excited to leverage his expertise to represent the voice of Fulham Football Club’s fans. He is passionate about our community and committed to ensuring the fans’ interests are heard. As a long-time Fulham resident and FFC Season Ticket Holder, he is looking forward to offering fresh ideas that can help the Club thrive for the next 145 years.”
ROWENA PINDER
“Rowena lives in Putney with her husband and three children, and has been a devout Fulham supporter since moving from Australia to the UK 20 years ago. Her children have, from a young age, been both avid spectators and keen participants in FFC Foundation initiatives such as holiday camps. Rowena’s career in business, finance and law has focused on helping companies from a wide variety of industries pursue their ambitions in collaboration with all stakeholders. She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of one public and two privately owned businesses. She is very proud to have supported Fulham through the ups and downs of the past two decades and looks forward to engaging with, and representing, fellow fans on the FAB.”
GRAHAM UHAMA
“Born and raised in Italy, Graham supported his local team as a child. However, upon relocating to London, he found a perfect match in Fulham, aligning with his values of community and passion. As a dedicated Season Ticket Holder in the Riverside Stand, he is deeply invested in the team’s success and the well-being of its supporters. Joining the Fan Advisory Board, he aims to ensure that supporting Fulham remains affordable and accessible for all fans, fostering a strong, passionate fanbase. He works in finance, and in his spare time enjoys traveling and experiencing different foods and cultures. Graham is truly excited to contribute to making it easy for others to fall in love with our beloved Club.”
LIAM VINCENT
“Liam has grown up living in Fulham and first attended a Fulham match at the age of five when the team played in the old Third Division. He is a Season Ticket Holder in the Hammersmith End and now brings his son to both home and away games. Fulham is a family orientated club and he enjoys being able to experience the journey with him. He is currently an Inclusion Manager at a local primary school and also coaches football in his spare time. Equality, diversity and inclusion are important to Liam as he believes all members of society should have equal opportunities and representation. He is proud to be a part of the Fan Advisory Board and looks forward to engaging with the Club and being a voice for the fans. Liam is passionate about the Club, and hopes he can help make improvements for fans in the future.”
