Fulham and West Ham United are keen on signing Wolfsburg striker Jonas Wind in the summer, according to the German press.

Wolfsburger Allgemeine Aller-Zeitung says that three Premier League clubs remain interested in the Danish international despite Wind currently enduring a 14-match scoreless spell. Fulham have been heavily linked with the 25 year-old during the past two transfer windows, but Wolfsburg were unwilling to cash in on the former Copenhagen centre forward.

That situation could change this summer, with the player open to testing himself in England’s top flight and Wolfsburg unlikely to qualify for Europe. Wind has scored 21 goals in 67 games since moving to Germany for £10m at the end of January 2021. He had previously found the net 46 times in 113 appearances at Copenhagen, with whom he won the Superliga in 2019. Wind has scored eight goals in 25 caps for Denmark, featuring in their squads for the Euro 2020 and the 2022 World Cup.
