Fulham midfielder Tyrese Francois is poised to join Danish side Vejle Boldklub on loan for the rest of the season.

The 23 year-old, who has made two appearances for the Whites this term having recovered from injury, has been allowed to make the move in order to gain more regular first-team football after Marco Silva recognised that Francois needed more game time.

Francois has struggled to feature in the first-team under Silva despite starring in the early stages of his reign when he was stepped into central midfield due to an injury crisis in the Championship. He has reportedly turned down the chance to join a Championship side in order to play on the continent. The Campbelltown-born Australian under 23 international is out of contract at the end of this campaign and could well leave the club permanently in the summer.
