Fulham have submitted an offer worth £35m for long-term transfer target Andre, according to various reports this afternoon.
The Whites have proposed a structured deal to Fluminese with the Brazilian outfit receiving an initial fee of £30m and a further incentive-related £5m. The defensive midfielder, who has won four senior caps for his country, is keen to move to the Premier League and has reached agreement over personal terms with the Cottagers.
