Fulham have submitted a second loan offer in this transfer window for Chelsea’s Armando Broja, according to reports this afternoon.

The Whites, who also saw an enquiry rebuffed by their near neighbours in November, have proposed a loan with an option to buy at the end of the season. Chelsea are eager to sell squad players to fund potential acquisitions in the closing hours of the transfer window. They have dropped their asking price for a sale to £40m according to the Daily Mail – and it remains to be seen whether Fulham’s approach will be looked upon favourably.

Chelsea rejected a loan offer from Wolves yesterday.
