Marco Silva says Calvin Bassey will be available to face Everton in the League Cup tomorrow night after recovering from the bug that ruled him out of Saturday’s defeat at Newcastle United.
The Fulham head coach is likely to select a strong side at Goodison Park as the Whites seek to reach the semi-finals of the League Cup for the first time. Silva confirmed that the Nigerian international will be available for selection during his pre-match press conference at Motspur Park this morning:
“He is going to be available. He will have another [training] session but I think it is enough time for him to recover for the game. But Tim Ream and Adama Traore are still out.”
