New Fulham signing Adama Traoré has declared himself ‘ready’ to help the Whites as soon as possible after completing his free transfer last night.

The Spanish international told FFCTV this afternoon that was delighted to put pen to paper on a two-year deal at Craven Cottage having sounded out his former Wolves team-mate Raúl Jimenéz about life at Craven Cottage.

“It’s been fast. I think it is a nice opportunity – I’m happy to here, happy to start and see the fans. This is a new chapter. I like the club. I also have information from Raúl [Jimenéz], who seems to love the club I like the manager, I like the team, there is a new experience for me and I’m so happy and hungry to help the team.

For me, the relationship with Raúl has been amazing. I think we have a good friendship. We have a good connection on the pitch, so I asked him for information about here and it was very nice. I’m very happy to be here.”

The 27 year-old former Wolves winger has confessed he is desperate to make an impact for the Whites as soon as possible.

“I have information about the club from someone I played with already, I have also been here a short time but I like the club already. I think the Premier League is one of the best leagues in the club. For sure, every player wants to be here. I scored against Fulham and, for sure, I will score with Fulham. I’m ready, I’m grateful to be here and I’m anxious to start when the gaffer needs me.”
