Cultured centre half Sam Amissah signed for Fulham having been released by Brentford when the Bees disbanded their academy. He has progressed into the under-18 programme and is highly rated at Motspur Park as a disciplined defender, who excels with the ball at his feet. Able to play with both feet, Amissah caught the eye of Marco Silva this summer and was rewarded with a substitute appearance in the Summer Series defeat by Aston Villa. He made his under-21 debut against Leicester City in September 2023.
