Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno has been nominated for the Premier League save of the month award after his superb stop to deny Erling Haaland a second goal last Sunday.

The German international made a brilliant low save at his near post to prevent the Norwegian striker from scoring at the start of the second half and that intervention has been nominated for the Castro save of the month for April.

Leno faces competition from West Ham number one Lukasz Fabianski, the Manchester United custodian David de Gea, Leicester’s Daniel Iversen, Arsenal and England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale and Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga.

The award is decided by a public vote and Leno will need the support of the Fulham fans. You can back Leno here until noon on Bank Holiday Monday, with the winner announced on Friday at 2pm.
