Fulham have this afternoon confirmed that winger Sylvester Jasper will join Portuguese side Portiomonense in July.

Jasper, who has been at Fulham since moving to Motspur Park from Queens Park Rangers in 2012, made three first-team appearances for the Whites having shone at academy level. He has spent time on loan with Colchester United, Hibernian and Bristol Rovers and won four under-21 international caps for Bulgaria.

The Southwark-born 21 year-old will finish this campaign with Fulham and move to Portugal on 1 July having signed a pre-contract agreement with Portimonense, who are currently fourteenth in the Primeira Liga.
