Fulham and West Ham are locked in a tense battle to sign Italian international full back Luca Pellegrini, who is ‘destined to leave Juventus this summer, according to reports from Italy this weekend.
Saturday’s Gazzetta dello Sport claimed that the left back’s agent Vincenzo Raiola was holding discussions with the two Premier League sides about a potential move to London. The 23 year-old has struggled to settle in Turin since signing from Roma in 2019, taking in loan spells at Caligari and Genoa, before making just appearances for the Bianconeri last season.
Pellegrini is keen to play regular football and Juventus are ready to try and cash in on the attacking left back. West Ham, who had been linked with a move last January, have reignited their interest as David Moyes considers selling Arthur Masuaku. Fulham, previously mentioned as possible Masuaku suitors, are also looking at strengthening at left back – with Alex Moreno and Zaidu Sanusi having been reportedly high on the Whites’ target list.
Buy him, before the irons do, moyes won’t dither so if Mr Khan can pull his finger we’ll have made a good start on the recruitment front. COYW
Come on let’s get some ink on a contract we’ve been linked with every player under the sun I’m sure the I heard we were going to sign Jesus Christ a won point but as of yet not one drop of ink has hit a piece of paper.
So please me Khan let’s get some business done and not be left with the players that nobody else wants.
FULHAM TILL I DIE. AND BEYOND
You’re welcome to him. If you think he’s another Cancelo, you’re wrong. He’s not a good enough defender to play left-back, not good enough attacking to play wing-back. We’ll happily take some of your ample English money to fund a replacement.
Come on westham sign hin
This lad looks a good player let’s hope we don’t dilly dally with this one would be a good acquisition to the team
First and foremost why haven’t we sorted out Tosins contract why do we keep on letting our best players contracts run down and risk losing them, will TK ever learn?
Perhaps because they won’t sign or demand money we’d be crazy to pay. You can’t just pay whatever a player wants because every other player would do the same and they can’t be made to sign a contract.
I see we are now interested in 32 years old Yarmolenco who is also injury prone please tell me this is a wind up ffs if this is true we are probably heading back to the championship again
