Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon is set to join Fulham after agreeing personal terms with the Championship club, according to reports from Israel.

Ynet claims this morning that the Israeli international will sign a long-term deal with the Whites, believed to be in the region of a four or five-year contract, with his wages in the region of £25,000 a week. The outlet also confirms that a £7m fee has been agreed between the two clubs. The report says that Fulham head coach Marco Silva has been a prominent protagonist in the negotiations to make Solomon his first summer signing having received glowing reports from compatriots who have coached in Ukraine.

Solomon, previously linked with Manchester City, Arsenal and a host of leading European sides having scored several eye-catching Champions’ League goals for Shakhtar in recent seasons, holds a Portuguese passport so will have little difficulty in getting a UK work permit.
