Fulham head coach Marco Silva has been charged with improper conduct after being sent off during the dramatic end to Saturday’s draw at Bournemouth.

The Whites appeared on course for revenge over former manager Scott Parker when Aleksandar Mitrovic headed them in front at the Vitality Stadium, but Silva was enraged by referee Graham Scott’s decision to award a penalty for a challenge by Harry Wilson on Adam Smith. Silva was sent off for remonstrating with the officials – and has until Friday to reply to the formal FA charge.
