Fulham head coach Marco Silva has been shortlisted for the Championship manager of the month award.

The Portuguese head coach led the Whites to four wins and a draw from their five matches in January, consolidating their position at the top of the table. The Londoners scored a remarkable 23 goals over the course of the month as Silva’s penchant for attacking football was firmly in evidence.

He is joined on the shortlist for the accolade by Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper, QPR’s Mark Warburton and Luton Town boss Nathan Jones. The winner will be announced tomorrow morning.
