Marco Silva is happy at Fulham and would not consider returning to manage Everton, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The possibility of the Portuguese head coach heading back to Goodison Park had been discussed in some quarters following Everton’s decision to dispense with the services of Rafa Benitez earlier today. The paper confirms that there has been no surprise from the Merseyside club for the man they sacked in December 2019 and Silva would not countenance the move in any place.

Whilst he believes he has unfinished business in the Premier League and regards his Everton dismissal as harsh, Silva is happy at Craven Cottage and wants to take the Whites back to the top flight. Fulham returned to the top of the Championship table yesterday after twice coming from behind to beat Bristol City 6-2. They now lead second-placed Bournemouth by two points with a game in hand.
