Idris Odutayo is excited to try and continue Fulham’s outstanding under-23 form at Nottingham Forest this evening.

Steve Wigley’s side go searching for a tenth straight league win against his old club at Alfreton Town tonight having built up an eleven point lead at the top of the PL2 Second Division before the Christmas break. Odutayo, who has enjoyed an excellent season at the heart of the Fulham defence, told the club’s official website that his team-mates are raring to get going again.

“We’re really excited to get back to things and I believe that’s come across in training this past week. The intensity and competitiveness is there for all to see and we’ll be looking to take that into Monday’s game.

I’m confident we can pick up where we left off. We’re certainly not complacent and we know we’ll need to carry on doing the things that helped us get into this position in the first place.”
