Fabio Carvalho’s proposed £10m move to Liverpool is off after they failed to submit the necessary paperwork in time, according to reports this evening.
Protracted negotiations between the Premier League outfit and Fulham appeared to have ended in an agreement earlier tonight but Liverpool have failed to sort all the formalities before the 11pm deadline. It leaves the talented teenager in limbo with Liverpool reporting not keen on going to tribunal for a Fulham youngster again after their experience with Harvey Elliott two summers ago.
