Fulham forward Aleksandar Mitrovic has been voted the PFA fans’ player of the month in the Championship for the second month in succession.

The Serbian striker, fresh from winning the award in September, took more than a quarter of the vote – establishing a clear lead over Bournemouth’s Gary Cahill and West Brom forward Karlan Grant. Mitrovic scored eight goals in October as Fulham bounced back from defeat at Coventry to record four consecutive victories and consolidate their grip on second place in the table.
