Fulham won a transfer shoot-out with Middlesbrough to bring promising Brazilian striker Rodrigo Muniz to Craven Cottage in August 2021. Despite being used largely as back up to the in-form Aleksandar Mitrovic, the young forward scored five times in 28 appearances – more than twenty as a substitute – as Fulham stormed to the Championship title. Muniz, who has an insatiable appetite to win the ball back as well as find the net, is currently on loan at the Riverside Stadium.
