Fulham defender Maxime Le Marchand has opened talks with Dinamo Zagreb over a potential move to Croatia, according to reports from France.
The 31 year-old, who has made 48 appearances for Fulham since moving to Craven Cottage from Nice in 2018, has yet to make a competitive appearance under new boss Marco Silva and is widely expected to leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window. RMC Sport reports that Le Marchand, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Royal Antwerp, has started decisions with Dinamo but would prefer a return to France.
Good move for everyone. I cannot see him playing for us and it would nice to get him off our wage bill
The guy gives his all but with limited opportunities nowadays, it would make sense to find a new home. Never let us down & wish him well.
5th or lower DC. Good luck anywhere.
He’s a poor version of Tim Ream and there are plenty of Ream critics. He has never looked comfortable for us and he needs to go somewhere he will play. This could be a win for all parties.
