Fulham have been rebuffed after making an approach to sign Hertha Berlin striker Krzysztof Piatek, according to reports in Poland.
The Polish international has been widely linked with a move away from Germany during the January transfer window, with his suitors including Juventus, Fiorentina, Genoa and Parma. Polish sports paper Przegl?d Sportowy claims that Fulham, desperate to supplement their striking resources before deadline day, made contact with Hertha about a six-month loan with an option to buy, but the German side rejected the approach as they not prepared to allow the 25 year-old to leave at this stage.
Piatek has made eighteen appearances for Hertha this season, scoring four goals and providing four assists. The former Milan forward, who has won fifteen senior caps for his country scoring seven goals, has spoken previously of an interest in playing in England – naming Harry Kane as his role model.
Now this sounds more true than Nzola rumour. It’s much more like Tony Khan’s modus operandi; loan deal. Just look at our current first team line up.
Shame as I was getting quite excited by the link with the Spezia striker who looks not only speedy but super powerful although he us valued at only 4m euros by Italian soccer pundits-nowhere near what we are said to have offered.

What the hell is going on Tony Khan will ruin this club and the true Fulham Supporters should demand an explanation why the delay in getting a Striker we have only heard two names any other club would get this done and dusted by now as Parker said he wants to integrate him into the team and if we go down it won’t be the managers fault Tony Khan should fall on his Sword if we are relegated he takes the credit but never wants to take the flak ,Be a top man and sign a proven Striker
Just watched the Burnley game and I hope we don’t get any injuries in the premiership because our backup players aren’t good enough really poor, as for Tony Khan he is a chancer and out of his depth i feel sorry for Parker having to put up with him.
It could already be too late. Nobody is turning up in time to play against Brighton or West Brom now. If we lose those it will take a miracle.
