Lazar Markovic is set to leave Fulham this summer after the relegated club decided not to extend his short-term deal.
The Serbian winger signed for the Whites from Liverpool at the end of January but made just one appearance – playing 44 minutes as substitute in Fulham’s 3-1 defeat by West Ham in February. Reports from Belgium claim that Markovic’s agent has already been in touch with leading Jupiler Pro League sides, including Anderlecht, to alert them to his client’s availability on a free transfer.
