Teenage striker Cauley Woodrow, a regular scorer for the club’s youth teams after signing from Luton Town in March 2011, was handed a shock debut by Felix Magath in Fulham’s make-or-break battle against relegation rivals Cardiff City in March 2014. He was a regular for the remainder of the season, scoring his first goal on the final day of the season against Crystal Palace. Woodrow struggled for game time after the arrival of Ross McCormack, scoring 12 goals in 66 games before signing for Barnsley in January 2019.
