Fulham have agreed a loan deal with Liverpool for England youth international winger Sheyi Ojo, according to a Sky Sports News report.

The 20 year-old, who helped his country win the FIFA Under 20 World Cup earlier this summer, has spent the last two seasons on loan in the Championship, with Wigan Athletic and Wolverhampton Wanderers respectively. Ojo, who came through the Liverpool academy after joining the club at the age of 14, made 30 appearances for Wolves last season, scoring three goals, despite seeing his campaign severely disrupted by injury.

Fulham now face a battle with a number of sides who are also keen to add Ojo to their squad ahead of the forthcoming season. The young winger has the choice of a move to Premier League Newcastle, recently relegated Middlesbrough or Craven Cottage. If he chooses Craven Cottage, Ojo can expect to compete with the likes of Sone Aluko, Neeskens Kebano, Floyd Ayite and Lucas Piazon for a place in Slavisa Jokanovic’s first eleven.
