Scottish full back Jack Grimmer briefly became a regular in the Fulham first team after his academy manager Kit Symons was promoted to succeed Felix Magath in the Craven Cottage dugout. Grimmer, who joined Fulham from Aberdeen in January 2012, made his debut in a 2-1 win at Brighton in November 2014 and made nineteen appearances for the club before he was released in May 2017.
