Fulham midfielder Emerson Hyndman has broken his collarbone whilst on international duty.

The Texan midfielder suffered the injury towards the end of the USA under 20 side’s victory over El Salvador in World Cup qualifying. Hyndman had been one of the stars of the young US side’s qualifying campaign, anchoring the midfield impressively, and he could now be sidelined for six weeks, hindering his chances of winning back a place in Kit Symons’ starting line-up.
