Kostas Mitroglou is determined to leave Fulham after falling out with manager Felix Magath, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Greek international striker has only played three games since becoming Fulham’s record signing in January and hasn’t featured in any of the club’s Championship games so far this season. Magath has told the press that bringing Mitroglou in from Olympiacos was totally ‘the wrong decision’ and publicly questioned the forward’s fitness.

According to the Mirror report, Magath was ready to reconsider Mitroglou’s potential participation but the forward is now keen to leave the club, citing a breakdown in his relationship with the German coach. The striker is keen to remain in England – and has targeted a move to the Premier League – and the Mirror claims that Fulham would be open to allowing Mitroglou to leave on loan to reduce their wage bill.
