Swedish striker Muamer Tankovic was promoted to the first team squad after scoring regular for Fulham’s academy side. He made a senior debut in the FA Cup in January 2014 before being handed a surprise start in the 2-2 draw at Manchester United the following month by Rene Meulensteen. Tankovic, who went on to represent his country at senior level five times, made six appearances but opted to leave Fulham at the end of the season following their relegation.
