Lazio are looking to make a move for Fulham’s Swiss defender Philippe Senderos who is out of contract at the end of the season.

The 28-year-old former Arsenal defender has been at Fulham since 2010, but is struggling to agree to on a new deal to stay at Craven Cottage.

Infoticker.ch report that Lazio are looking to rejuvenate their defence in the summer and Lazio believe that the tall defender could be a cost effective solution should they make a move now or on a Bosman at the end of the season.

Senderos has 50 caps for Switzerland, and has played in Italy before, spending a season on loan at AC Milan in the 2008-2009 season.
