Fulham will make a January bid for Burnley hitman Danny Ings.
The England Under-21 striker has netted 21 times in a prolific first half of the season for the Championship high-flyers.
Craven Cottage boss Rene Meulensteen is desperate to sign a striker and to inject young blood into his ageing team this month and has persuaded the club to make an offer of around £4million for 21-year-old Ings.
Ings played non-league football after being released by Southampton but was snapped up by Bournemouth, who sold him to Burnley in 2011.
After being plagued by knee injuries for two years, Ings has proved a massive success this season and was handed his first England Under-21 cap by Gareth Southgate.
