Fulham winger Alex Kacaniklic reckons Fulham can upset the odds in Saturday’s west London derby at Chelsea.
Fulham head into the derby on a poor run that has seen them go three games without a win in the Premier League since their opening day victory over Sunderland.
But so often the form book goes out the window in derby clashes and Kacaniklic is optimistic his side can bash the bookies at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
He said: “Maybe we’ll get the three points next week [against Chelsea] you never know. I’m looking forward to it. What he [Mourinho] has done has proven himself to be one of the best.
“I’m looking forward to that game. To play against Chelsea is always good and they’ve got some good young players themselves, as well as some experienced ones, so I’m looking forward to it.
“Of course it always does [add a bit of extra spice being a derby game]. We want to go there and get some points.”
Kacaniklic has made four appearances for Martin Jol’s side this term.
