Moussa Dembele has signed a professional contract with Fulham that will keep him at the club until June 2015.

The French striker, who signed from Paris-Saint Germain last summer, has moved from a scholar’s contract to a professional deal, which contains a clause allowing Fulham to extend in for a further year. The powerful forward, who has recently celebrated his 17th birthday, was a regular for the Under-18s in his first season with the club and scored all three goals in the Under-18 final against Reading as Fulham retained their league title.

Dembele’s signature is the latest stage in Fulham’s consolidation of their youth set-up as seven scholars signed new contracts with the club last week.
