Fulham midfielder Steve Sidwell is missing for the Whites’ trip to Newcastle United following his sending-off against QPR on Monday night.
Midfielder Ashkan Dejagah is out for a week with a sprained ankle while striker Mladen Petric is unavailable because of an adductor problem.
