Brede Hangeland and Mark Schwarzer are close to agreeing new contracts with Fulham.

The duo are out of contract in the summer but the club are confident of keeping them both at Craven Cottage after successful talks over the past month. Norwegian centre back Hangeland is poised to sign a new two-year deal, whilst Schwarzer will extend his current contract by a further year. Both are key figures under Martin Jol, who has been keen to secure their future.
