During this afternoon’s pre-match press conference, manager Martin Jol has confirmed that Dimitar Berbatov and Chris Baird, who both scored during Fulham’s dramatic 3-3 draw at Reading last weekend, are fit to face Everton tomorrow afternoon.

Bulgarian striker Berbatov had to have a painkilling injection on a rib injury at half-time last Saturday but played through the pain to score a sublime third goal that looked to have settled the contest before Hal Robson-Kanu’s late equalsier meant Fulham had to settle for a point. The 31 year-old, who has scored three goals in five appearances since signing from Manchester United on transfer deadline day, was a doubt for the visit of Everton but will be available for selection.

There were fears that Baird, who scored his second goal in a week to put Fulham 2-1 up against the Royals, might also miss out having been forced off by an ankle injury sustained celebrating his near-post header but the Northern Ireland international has also been passed fit to play. Jol has almost a fully fit squad to pick from for the visit of David Moyes’ men, with only ex-Everton midfielder Simon Davies and Mickael Tavares sidelined.
