Young Fulham striker Marcello Trotta has put pen to paper on a three-year contract extension and says he is looking to learn from star strikers Mladen Petric and Hugo Rodallega.

The 21-year-old Italian made his first team debut in January last year and has had loan spells at Wycombe Wanderers and Watford.

“I’m very happy to sign this contract and stay here for another two years, hopefully more,” he said.

“[Fulham] are like a family so everyone tries to help each other

“You look, as a striker, at Petric and Hugo [Rodallega] is coming now.

They’re the sort of people to look and learn from.”
