Fulham are considering entering into a partnership with Dutch outfit RKC Waalwijk, according to the Sun on Sunday.
The impetus for the arrangement appears to be come from Martin Jol, who was once coach of RKC. The deal would see Fulham have first option on RKC’s best players – and may include loan opportunities for some of the Premier League club’s young talent.
