Young Israeli midfielder Omri Altman has been telling a Jewish website of his delight at how he has settled in following his move to Fulham.

Altman joined Fulham on a two-year deal in the summer from Maccabi Tel Aviv after a successful trial at Motspur Park. The attacking midfielder, who has captained the Israeli under-17 side, has already featured for the club’s under-18 side and the reserves.

I’m very happy to have signed for Fulham, they’re a big club. I’ve already played some games in the reserves, I love to play for them and I’m really enjoying the club.

Altman, who previously had a trial with Liverpool at 16 and was linked with a move to Arsenal, says he’s really enjoying life at Fulham.

I very much like it in London. I like to be here, it’s a really good place. I’ve had a few conversations with Martin Jol as well as speaking a lot to the youth team manager, things are going well so far and I’m just looking to improve myself. I’m working really hard every day and in every game.
